South Vietnam’s indigenous Khmer Krom, who are believers of Hinnayana Buddhism, are framed to be a tool of propaganda and used for population transfers of the Vietnamese communist colonialists. The deceitful tactic of the Vietnamese government is aimed to appease, deceive, and eventually destroy Khmer Krom religious base.
