Automakers Must Account for Indigenous Peoples to Improve Sustainability and Human Rights Commitments
Global automakers are exposed to material, operational and reputational risk from persistent failings to account for rights violations and impacts to Indigenous Peoples throughout supply chains. How can the industry rise from a 6% average to eliminate the risk of harm to Indigenous Peoples?
World Day for African and Afrodescendant Culture (WDAAC) is celebrated annually on January 24 to recognize and honor the contributions of African and Afrodescendant communities worldwide. Established by UNESCO in 2019, this day emphasizes the revival of African cultural heritage, the celebration of artistic creativity, and solidarity among African and Afrodescendant peoples globally.

Violence in any form is a terrible experience and, even after many years, will have an impact on a woman's health and well being. It can lead to irreversible consequences, illness, disability, and mental health problems and can lead to depression, anxiety disorders, and even suicide.
