Pablo Xol (Maya Qʼeqchiʼ), Design and Marketing Associate, is a creative professional and cultural advocate from Guatemala. With over 20 years of experience in design, branding, and community empowerment, Pablo brings a unique perspective rooted in his Indigenous heritage and a deep commitment to social justice.

As a member of the Maya Qʼeqchiʼ community, Pablo’s work is deeply inspired by his cultural roots and a desire to uplift others. He has spent much of his career supporting creative talent, teaching design principles, and helping entrepreneurs bring their visions to life. In 2018, he founded Studio Fashion Lab, a platform dedicated to training aspiring designers and building a community of creative talent across Latin America. Through this initiative, he has empowered individuals to create authentic, meaningful brands while fostering collaboration and innovation.

Today, as a Design and Marketing Associate at Cultural Survival, Pablo uses his skills to advance Indigenous rights and amplify Indigenous voices. He creates compelling branding, designs advocacy campaigns, and develops digital content that promotes cultural preservation and social justice. His work is guided by a deep respect for Indigenous cultures and a commitment to ensuring Indigenous perspectives are represented authentically and with dignity.

Pablo’s mission is to contribute to a more equitable world by supporting Indigenous self-determination and celebrating cultural diversity. Through his work, he strives to build bridges, inspire positive change, and create meaningful connections that empower Indigenous communities worldwide.
