Tibetan officials accused Chinese government of arresting, Tenzin Delek Rinpoche, a highly respected Buddhist monk, and four other individuals. Wrong accusations in the context of masterminding a bomb attack were equated with this Buddhist monk. Tibetan government-in-exile disagrees with such accusations and believes that China is using this arrest as a form of alienating Tibetan people.
